Meet Dr. Saif Mateen
Dentist
Dr. Saif Mateen spent his childhood moving all around the world due to his father’s profession as an oil expat. His life journey found himself going from the U.A.E to France to Thailand to Norway to Canada and then eventually the United States where his family established roots in Houston, Texas. This unique background has enriched his approach to dentistry by allowing him to connect to patients from all walks of life.
He graduated from the University of Houston in 2016 where he obtained a Bachelor of Science in Biology and also a minor in Health. He then spent four years in Chicago, Illinois where he got his Doctorate of Dental Medicine degree from Midwestern University College of Dental Medicine, graduating in 2021.
He met his wife in dental school and they now reside in Houston, Texas where they are committed to providing quality dental care to the community.
In his spare time, he loves watching sports and is a big fan of the Calgary Flames, Liverpool FC, and all Houston sports teams in particular. He enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, staying active with various sports, watching stand-up comedy, and trying out new restaurants with his wife.
